Do you guys really go through and put everyone's contact information, email and physical address especially since it is not a starred item? Or is just listing the supervisor name ok?

Do you guys really go through and put everyone's contact information, email and physical address especially since it is not a starred item? Or is just listing the supervisor name ok?

I personally just included name and email. A few, like my current PI, I put the phone number down.
