If you have received approval for FAP, how much time do you get to submit your application before your FAP waiver becomes invalidated?
All the e-mail from FAPAADSAS said was "You have been approved....Failure to complete this process correctly in timely fashion will invalidate your waiver. Once you have completed the FAP process, you may apply to additional dental school designations."
