AADSAS frustrations. Anyone on same boat?

I submitted my app online on 8/23, and on infosource, it shows that my app was mailed out 9/26 to the schools. I am getting replies from quite a few schools saying they are missing some LOR's and 2 transcripts, which were all mailed in to AADSAS with their confirmation. I know they may mail our materials in subsequent mailings, but should I be worried it's taking this long? As of today, it's been over 3 weeks. I wish there was a complaint form so I can file. I mean, I know they have a lot of apps to do, but they are not doing this for free..we've all paid so much money for them to do this right. I wouldn't mind being charged so much, just get the job done right!!

Did you call aadsas to find out what happen?
Just explain to them that your schools are having trouble.
