Hi, I have been reading on SDN that AADSAS GPA is reported in columns (i.e. undergrad, grade, cum, etc.)

My question is what if I took community college classes in high school? Would that count towards my cumulative AADSAS gpa or would that be in a separate column under high school?

I think it is ludicrous that I have to report a stupid high school GEOMETRY class that I took at a CC in freshman year of high school.

Will adcoms look at my application a bit weirdly if they see a high school geometry class in the AADSAS app btw. Would it seem like I am intentionally "padding" my GPA or something??

If you can provide a transcript from the community college then it would count towards your AADSAS calculated GPA. If you received an A, it would technically raise your GPA (unless you have a 4.0 of course).

Considering your application lists when you graduated high school, when you began college and the date of each course, it doesn't take a large leap to see that you took it during high school. In any case, one class is likely negligible overall.

Does anybody else have any experience with this situation? I took 4-5 (can't remember) CC courses during high school and received an A in all of them. They were not pre-reqs of any sort -- just language, history, and economics classes.

Yes, I have high school CC classes added, simply provide an official community college transcript and input them into your coursework as you would normally.

Thank you! Is there a limit on how many courses you can add?

Yup, you'll have to include them. And why wouldn't you want to? They're all As!! And, if nothing more, it shows that you were capable of handling college classes as a high schooler. That's a good thing.

You are required to send transcripts from all institutions that you attended... ever.

There is definitely no limit on how many courses you can add. 🙂

Check the AADSAS FAQs link in my signature. It provides a pretty good overview of the whole process and is a good place to start.
