Hello everyone,

I have a quick question. Which GPA do dental schools care about more, with +/- or without +/- ? The reason I ask is because my GPA with +/- is significantly lower than without.

Huh. This is a good question and I can't find the answer. I'd like to know as well! Granted, my GPA is roughly the same with or without if I had to make an educated guess, I'd say they would use the GPA system your school did. But I have no clue.

I'm also wondering on this one--there is almost a .2 difference between the two for me, and I think this might be enough to push me into a competitive/non-competitive place with my application (3.7 vs 3.5 or so) to a couple of the more competitive schools. Also, I get that total GPA will count, but is this pretty much equal with BCP GPA?
