AADSAS GPA question

So my GPA verification was completed today, and I noticed that there was a column for GPA and one for GPA w/o. What is the difference between the two?

Also I'm just wondering if for Predents.com, when they rank schools in order by Science GPA if it is by the BCP GPA or by the Sciences GPA in the AADSAS GPA section.

W/O is without +/-. So a B+ and B- both get averaged as a B.

B= 3.0
B+= 3.3
A-=3.7
A=4.0

+/-'s can be a biznatch sometimes, especially when you get the -'s. The difference between an A- and a B+ is a larger gap when there is only a difference between like what...1%? so yea, there's good and bad to +/- system.
