Hello fellow forum mates!
On the aadsa website their grading are as follows:
overall GPA (undergraduate, graduate and combined);
biology-chemistry-physics GPA (BCP);
science GPA (all science courses including math, natural sciences and BCP;
non-science GPA

What section does astronomy, geology, psychology courses fall under (science, non-science, or BCP) and also biology, chemistry, physics laboratories? It should be BCP correct, but just making sure!

Would they discriminate if I am taking introductory courses to boost my BCP/science GPA when I already took the harder pre-dental science courses? Thanks!

it lists it in the pdf linked above, which will also be provided in the application when you go to fill it out. labs will just be with their corresponding topic. astronomy and geology other science, psychology non-science.

it is better to take introductory classes and get a's than take upper level classes and get not-a's. if it catches their attention i doubt they'll be thrilled about it, you could maybe get asked about it at an interview, but i don't think it is that big a deal unless it is pretty blatant.

I took a "Technological trends in Society" course last semester.

Think thats considered science?
Also
Pollution and Human Health

The "Technological trends in Society".... when I see the word society, I always think sociology... this is a social science, and therefore, not any type of science.

The 2nd one (Pollution and Human Health) might be other-science...this is based on the PDF link peanutb123 posted

the decider will be the department that is teaching it, course titles really matter little.

Trends in technology in society is under EST- Technology in Society
Environment and Pollution is under MEC -Mechanical Engineering. so im assuming thats my osGPA. Not sure how Environment and Pollution falls under that though haha. Either way, got A's in both of them lol.

Edit:
Why are psych and soc not even under OS courses ;\

because they are not science

though this did get me too, i took a lot of psychology that i did well in. my only psych class i managed to get called science was "psychobiology" that they let me call biology.
