I had the people who were writing me letters of recommendation send my letters to interfolio.com that holds my letters of recommendation and I just send them to anywhere I want, but I didn't know they had to have a letter of evaluation matching form included in it for AADSAS, so what do I do now? Do I tell my writers that I need to give them this form and then resend another letter to interfolio?

The letter matching form is a formality that waives your right to see the LOR's. Other than that it has no real value. If using interfolio.com serves that purpose than most likely they will (interfolio.com) indicate the recomendee has or has not seen the LOR's. LOR's carry more weight if you waive your right to view the recommendation. You could contact interfolio.com and explain what you need and find out if you can send them the forms to mail with your LOR's.

I'm not familiar with that service but I know the matching forms just need to be included when they are sent to AADSAS. Could you maybe sent the matching forms to interfolio.com and they could sent them out with your letters? The people writing your letters don't even need to see the matching form.

well interfolio has this coversheet that states i gave up my right to see the LOR, but I'll try to contact them about just sending the forms and just sending it for me.
