1) When and how do I get my AADSAS ID? I submitted my application on May 28th, but I have yet to receive anything via email or snail mail. I see the charge for the application on my credit card statement, so I am confident they got it.
2) Some schools want transcripts to be sent to AADSAS, some want them to be sent directly to schools. Do you guys think it would be wise to just send every school a transcript, even if they don't specifically request it? I hear AADSAS is notorius for making mistakes.
Thanks

For your first question, do a search, this has been discussed a thousand times. Here, i did one for you, and there are many others like this....

As for your second question, i would only send transcripts to schools that request them. In my expierence, none of the schools i applied to wanted transcripts directly, only after i was accepted did they ask for these.

JRogoff, I did look online before I decided to ask this:

The AADSAS matching form asks for AADSAS ID. Since I don't get that until my app has been processed, do I have to wait to send that in until my app is processed by AADSAS.

I've just checked out both the transcript and LOR matching forms (the only ones that you should need right now) and they do not indicate anywhere about needing the AADSAS ID #, only your SSN.

As for the AADSAS ID#, you will get that number once the application is processed (about 1 month) and AADSAS will mail back to you and applicant summary form where it will list your ID#. If you cannot wait that long, you can call them in about a month time from your sumbiiting your application and check if they will release the ID# to you.
