AADSAS is NOT forwarding transcripts this year!!

Just to let everyone know (if you dont know it by now) that AADSAS has decided that they will not forward the transcripts to the designated dental schools this year. This was originally part of the service they provided. I have received letters from UMI and UDM requesting official transcripts and after following with them for more than a week, i came to realize this NEW rip off!! gotta love AADSAS.

AADSAS blows! I had to do the same thing for UCSF. Good to see I am not the only one annoyed by this.

omg, so the file isnt complete even if they have all our marks with the AADSAS application? i called some schools and they told me not to send the transcripts bc of aadsas, guess they didnt know aadsas wasn't sending them, I hate aadsas!


We at SDN should BOYCOTT AADSAS by making a new service =o)

its actually illegal for them to send someone's transcript, what they do is verify your grades and send the report of your grades to the schools.

Oh man that sucks.

I attended 5 different schools since high school (even though I never transfered, I took a few courses at different schools mostly over the summer), and it will be a pain in the butt to send all those transcripts.

what? they aren't forwarding transcripts..? but i've received interview invitations from schools already...how will they invite me for interview if they don't have my transcripts?

I think that some schools want transcripts later on in the process, even after they've offered you admission. I think that they trust that AADSAS has done their job when they get your GPA.

No, but then again, most pre-dent/med students are crazy ass anal nutcases and would make sure AADSAS had the proper GPA calculated.

PS I trust AADSAS as much as I trust Michael Jackson with an 11 year old boy.
