aadsas mailing status question

ok so under the aadsas "Dental School Designations" category I have two mailing dates for each school...I am little confused what this is suppose to mean. For example for: NYU it says date designated 7/16/2013 and then a mailing date of 7/19/2013 and mailing status "mailed". But right under that there is another mailing date of 9/06/2013 and mailing status of "not mailed". What does this mean exactly? Thanks in advance.

AADSAS would be sending out your app again to your designations when there is an update to your app- i.e., a letter of evaluation, a grade change, a new DAT score, etc.
