AADSAS mailing update

Ok, so I just got off the phone with AADSAS and here is the deal with the mailings. First off, there are 2 mailings every week. They DO NOT know the exact dates (ie every Tuesday and Thursday). As for us who have not had ours mailed out yet, there is no worry. She said it takes ~6 weeks for the app to process. That isn't 6 weeks from when you e-submitted, it is 6 weeks from when your application is complete (received everything). My app was e-submitted May 20, but my transcript wasn't received until May 31. So she said it is 6 weeks from May 31 (in the next week or 2). Hope this clarifies why the majority of us have not had our apps mailed out.

I had a similar conversation with AADSAS today. I was under the impression that once your transcripts were in and you were paid/e-submitted you were good to be shipped off to the schools. I'm e-submitting today and my final transcript should be in this week. Then do I have another 6 weeks of "processing"?!?!?!?!?! I have a solid application, but I feel another six weeks will totally screw me.

every one has got to chill out. most of the schools don't even look at the apps until august so you have lots of time left.

they have had my app. and my transcripts since the first week in june. they will mail my app. even though they have only received 1 of my LOR's, right?

They will mail out your application as long as your transcripts are there and your GPA has been calculated. They'll just mail off your LORs as they arrive after that.

They will mail out your app and your LORs will be mailed after when they come in. It's just that the schools may not look at your application until it is 'complete'. I know this is true for DAT scores (if you specified you will be writing in the future irregardless of having an old DAT session).
