AADSAS messing up grades?

I'm not quite sure how the dental process works, but my girlfriend applied last year (landed an interview but so far no acceptances). She was filling out her app again this year and noticed they incorrectly gave her a C in Organic Chemistry I (she received a B). What gives? Aren't you guys paying them hundreds of dollars to do their job properly? I would be pissed!

There's a protocol for addressing this when it happens and they ask you to review everything once they have calculated your GPAs. It would be nice if AADSAS got it perfect, but mistakes are going to happen. I would never trust any third party blindly like that with my grades, not with something this important. It took about 3 seconds to look over it once they were done.

I really doubt that one C instead of a B was a deal breaker.
