Damn, I didn't hear any good news and now I really have to wait to Monday knowing that I'm waitlisted at NOVA and buffalo's status didn't change while others had offer made. -______-

I wouldn't worry about it too much, yet. Wait until everything is official. As much as we all want to find out early, I think it would have been better for all of the schools to release their decisions on the same day (even though for all institutions this was not intentional). This way one waitlist or rejection wouldn't cause an instant state of depression because it could have been outweighed with an acceptance somewhere else. Also, as someone else mentioned in a different thread-- it really is not fair for the schools who did not have their decisions released. No matter what anyone says, that first "offer made" makes you have some loyalty to that school. Good luck to everyone on Monday-- hopefully we all get in somewhere 🙂

I think its accurate, they just probably forgot to change the automated update software to December 3rd instead of 1st... I got a letter from one of my state schools stating acceptance and it showed offer made this morning, therefore i am assuming it is accurate. Just a small mistake by the ADEA geeks lol

So far, from what I have seen, all of the individual school portals that showed results, as well as the phone calls and letters have matched up to what AADSAS accidentally showed.

They were preprogrammed earlier this week so the only thing that could have happened was accidentally showing those real decisions.

i think they are correct decisions, but aadsas forgot to change their system to release decisions on the 3rd. last night when i checked aadsas portal, 2 of my decisions said, "Check back on dec FIRST" but on the website they said "check back on dec 3". i decided to actually check back on dec. 1 just for fun, and i saw my status as "offer made" for one school and "application denied" for one school that rejected me by email a long time ago. i think they cleared the statuses on mobile because everyone was freaking out, and probably calling/annoying the schools to ask if they were real... lol!

Oh I hope you guys are right! That makes sense since the mobile portal said dec 1st...they must have forgotten to change that one to the 3rd and we all got a sneak peek. I really hope "Offer made" means accepted in every case...otherwise we should all sue for emotional damages. Haha jk jk!

I only had one of those "check back" things and I interviewed there. It was an acceptance. Other people got waitlisted though. So, it is safe to say that if you interviewed and got one of those it is either and acceptance or a waitlist.

If you didn't interview, it is a rejection.

Are you on mobile? All schools should just say "Decision:" and then a big white blank because AADSAS pulled all statuses down off the mobile site. Doesn't mean anything either way. If you check your regular, non-mobile portal, you should see your statuses with the schools. If any of them say "Check back December 3rd for more information", that's what they're talking about.

The 1 received is likely referring to a school who has Check Back on December 3rd as their status.

It must be another glitch in their system. I, for a fact, have a post-december interview with Buffalo. They appear as "decision received" so it can't be a rejection.

Stupid glitches! The other 5 of my 6 schools that appear under School Decisions are either Received/Under Review or Invited for Interview. I only have the 1 that says Check Back on December 3rd. I can't wait until all this confusion is over and we just know where we stand! 🙂

One of the schools I interviewed at said to check between 7 and 9 am. Not sure if everyone does it differently though.
