has anyone else noticed that the coursework session numbers get messed up after saving them? for instance i get

session 1 : 2000 fall

session2 : 2001 fall

session 3: 2001 spring

session 4 : 2001 summer ??????

Will that matter? I want to get the right chronological order but it keeps posting session 2 as Fall '01, whereas it should be spring '01?? Then session 3 should be summer '01 ?? and so on

Maybe i'm doing something really stupid, if somebody can point it out for me because I can't see it right now?

yes, you are doing something quite stupid - not following directions, here's what to do:

When you log on to aadsas, first go to the checklist, and under the toolbar, you will see an option that says edit coursework format.

You then want to re-edit the default - which is set to 'display all parameters'

Once you have customized your aadsas application 'core', your next step is to input the parameters that you just selected onto the course work section.

The next part is kind of tricky, but bare with me:

You want to click on the toolbar again, but this time, you want to set the parameter to the underlined item (it should be the fifth/or sixth option, i don't remember), and once you have set that, you should be good to go.

by the way - don't sweat it, the same has happened to everyone, just relax, and i'm sure aadsas will sort it all out! (i hope you figured out that i was joking about the above protocal)
