what is the deal with the operators for AADSAS? My application was sent out 6/12 with two of my letters. A third letter said it was sent out 6/18. This third letter has not shown up to a single school I applied to, and I applied to 10 schools. So, I call AADSAS up, to see if it would be possible to check on my letter, to make sure it was sent and if at all possible, if they could send it again, since it's already been 2 weeks since it was sent. You would have thought I asked the operator to do the most difficult task known to humanity. She was just rude. All she wanted to do was get me off the phone. She kept saying, give it time...no thanks, I want this letter in, I paid almost $800 to this company and they can't even check to make sure it was properly sent out. What is the deal with AADSAS? I understand they have thousands of applicants, but would it be too hard to have some kind people answer the phone who actually want to do their job? anyone else experience the joy of the AADSAS operator? haha, and my rant is now over...whew!!!

I called AADSAS last week because my GPA has been verified for a while, but my app hasn’t been sent out. I asked them how long it would take and if it would be sent out in the next mailing.

The response I got: “up to 7 weeks.”

I asked what would take them seven weeks to do.

“Well, we have to process it, and prepare it for mailing, etc.”

So I asked what exactly that entailed:

“To format the essay, and print the app out.”

Looks like that $1000 is being put to good use, and making sure that things get done in a timely fashion.
