On the Harvard Secondary, they ask for your AADSAS Overall GPA as well as your AADSAS Science GPA. Should I put the GPA including plus/minus or without plus/minus?

You could double check with the copy that AADSAS sent you.
It provides you with GPAs'.
Or call them to find out

the AADSAS has both GPA's calculated (with and without +/-). I'll just call Harvard tomorrow and ask them which GPA they want. Thanks.

I would imagine with +/- as that is usually closer to your real GPA. I can't quite figure out why they have the one without

Will AADSAS gibe me a breakdown of how they reached my GPA when they send me a copy of my application or just solely the GPA?

solely your GPA.
you have to figure out youself.
however, they put marks besides your science courses.

I think its because some schools do not use +/- so its a way for aadsas to normalize everyone's gpa
