AADSAS PDF App, Undergrad AND grad institutions?

Has anyone else noticed that on the PDF view of your application (after you e-submit) that it has your undergrad and graduate degree institutions both listed and at least for me it has the same school for both, even though I didn't go to grad school yet. I triple checked my application and I never filled out anything for grad school....

I'd call AADSAS. Mine isn't like that--the grad school section on the first page is left blank.

Mine has the grad school part filled in too!! Same info as my undergrad. I haven't done any grad school nor am I going to, never clicked anything about grad school either. I just assumed it was saying I had graduated with a degree from that school or something along those lines.
