aadsas question: position title for dental experience?

Hi! Thanks to everyone who has been helping us and tolerating all our aadsas questions. 😕 I have one that might seem kinda stupid but I really need help!!

Under the "Dentisttry Experience" section the questions are:
Name of supervisor____________
Position title_________
Brief description of activities__________

For "Position title" is it the doctor's title like "pediatric dentist, endodontist, etc." or are they asking for your title which would be "observer/volunteer"?

i filled it out thinking it was my position title. now that i think about it, it seems as if it is kind of unclear.

also, if the place i worked at is a clinic, should i list the clinic or the name of the supervisor who is the head of it.

i just wanted to say that some one posted an answer from AADSAS saying the the position title refers to the supervisor.

but to clarify my earlier question, if I volunteered at a clinic that associates with many dentists, should i just put the clinic's name in the supervisor space? and what should I put as the position title since there are many dentists that work there?

This would seem funny to me. You are working in a dental office and the boss is most likely a dentist or a group of them (so maybe you should pick the one you knew the best?) so he should automatically be the supervisor which makes his/her title very clear...AADSAS needs a slap in the face from me.
