In the section for background information they have:

"Describe any activities requiring manual dexterity (e.g. activities requiring hand-eye coordination such as cross-stitching, sewing, art, crafts, playing musical instruments, auto repair, etc.) at which you are proficient." limited to 600 words.

Am I supposed to respond to this in a response/essay type of format where I want it to sound good, or is it more straight forward?

I responded pretty straight forward with a few sentences.

Pretty sure it's limited to 600 characters, not words. Therefore making an essay out of less than 80-100 words isn't really possible. I was straight forward and just listed things off in sentences.
