In the Dentistry Experience section it asks for "Name of Supervisor" and "Position Title". I am second guessing myself, but does position title mean my position title or the dentist's title? ....b/c my title is "Shadow" but there's a check box at the bottom that says "shadowing".

Anyone know?

No Im pretty sure that they mean what is the position of the supervisor or who you are shadowing. Is he a dentist, surgeon, orthodontist, or whatever else they can be. Im pretty sure thats it.

It means your title

So I would put, Assistant, or shadower, or volunteer.

It doenst ask for the Dentist's title

Only in the Evaluator's section do you need to put the professor's title.
Not in Dentistry experience.

It's asking what your position was in the Dental Office..

Wow, the 1st two responses contradict. What does everyone else have to say? I assumed it was MY title (like Tooth guy says)

Yes im Sorry i was wrong about that...i confused it with something else...but if u go to the website you can check it there under instructions it tells u there.

The following is from the "Instructions for This Section" link found on the left hand side of the AADSAS page about a third of the way down from the top. If reads:
Position Title
Name of the position you held.
Hope this helps.
