Under the professional experience section, it is alright to list experiences that I had in my senior year of high school? Or is strictly for after college?

I shadowed a pediatric dentist for around 70 hours and and did clinical rotations for over a 100 hours and would really like to add that experience in.

Also, what if I can't exactly remember how many hours I did? Is a really rough estimate acceptable?

Yes! Put it in... i think that it actually shows that you've been pursuing this for a while!! dedication, commitment etc 🙂

And yea - estimate! i did not put exact numbers...
