there's no point in submitting aadsas before all the transcripts are received by aadsas correct? cuz they cant verify unless they have them transcripts

NO.... I had the same confusion.
Vicviper cleared it up for me.....

....if you wait three weeks or so, then there will be three weeks of people who's applications got in before yours did. Applications are processed in the order that they were submitted. For some reason, it takes like an additional 3 weeks after you hit submit and for the application to actually be sent out to the schools - I don't think it has anything to do with transcript verification, as the transcripts need to be verified before you can even hit submit.
