Question : Does aadsas process applications quicker in November/December due to their being much less volume by that time? 2 friends of mine applied in December last year and the schools received their info within 2 weeks. If this is the case I'd feel a lot better since I too will be applying in late November when my DAT scores come in.

That may very well be the case. However, approach this scenario from a different angle: an enormous glut of applications has already been processed and passed over the desks of adcoms. Meaning that the lion's share of schools will have already interviewed many applicants and several probably have started to compile a list of 'who's in.' All this will make your task of self-promotion that much harder. Schools will be alright with the fact that your DAT scores will come in a bit late, and I have heard a few even granting interviews before they receive them (granted, those applicants have a very impressive list of accomplishments and grades). I advise getting your application in as soon as possible.

Thanks sprg. Here is the way I see it though. Say my DAT scores come in and they're not so hot..then I can just reapply next year without having to revamp my entire application with new LOR's,personal statements,extra courses etc. Also, I called up Tufts,Boston U and 2 others and was informed that until my DAT scores poured in my application would be put on the backburner anyways. I only have a 3.23 so a rare sans-DAT interview would not be in the cards.
I know earlier=safer but as I said..without the DAT scores there's not much point in sending it in anyway. And I want some insurance in case the scores don't pan out like I hope they will..
