I've seen people mentioning this Interfolio program that saves letters of recommendation for up to five years (or something like that). Is it possible to send letters from AADSAS to Interfolio to keep my letters in case I need to reapply?

Nope, your professors have to submit their letters directly to Interfolio.

No, but it is likely that your professors still have your letters saved so you can purchase an Interfolio subscription and send them requests to upload them.
