In the transcript section, there's a dropdown menu with the numbers 00, 25, 33, 50, 67, 75. What do these numbers mean? And for the box to the left of it, are we supposed to put the number of credits the class is worth? Also, what if we can't find the subject for a specific course on the dropdown menu for "subject"?

Do we have to add classes that are not graded? For example, my freshman bio class was 4 credits, and my transcript shows 4 credits from one class, and 0 from the lab portion since I had to separately sign up for the lab. Should I enter this 0 credit class?

Bluetree's right, it's for credits. For example, due to AP credit I was awarded 4.5 units for a math class, and so that's how I was able to enter it.
For subjects, try to find the closest match. It'll be kind of hard, but really just try to fit it under what works best.

Yes! Add everything on your transcript. Everything should match word for word or else it may be sent back to you for corrections and this will delay your application.

Hope this helps!

What would you say I input for the "grade" if I was not given a grade?? These are classes that are not given P/F/S/NS. I.e. my Bio 1 recitation's "grade" was incorporated into my Bio 1 lecture's overall grade, however, I had to sign up for bio 1 recitation that was 0 credits. Both classes are also listed as, for example, "BIO-101"

That's super weird/interesting, I guess you should ask AADSAS/ADEA on how to do that. I think there's a letter code you could input for the grade, like CR even though it was 0 credits. Or maybe since the grades were kind of combined, I think you could put your Bio 1 lecture's grade for your recitation grade, and it wouldn't count for anything because the recitation is just 0 credits. <-- I think this would be best, but that's a question only AADSAS can answer sorry 🙁 Post here once you find out! But for everyone else, include EVERYTHING on your transcript!! Even transferred AP/CC credit that shows up on your transcript!!

I called and they said to list the grade as "NG", which will fill in the AADSAS grade as "none".
