I cant send transcripts by myself? i ordered all official transcripts before 2 weeks & they are at home sealed in an envelope...cant i just send them to AADSAS? they are still official

transcripts must be sent directly from the schools to AADSAS
....And the transcript match form has to go in with the official transcript...meaning the same sealed envelope.......
so the transcript match formm...i give it to school or they get it themselves?
Last year I took my transcript in a sealed envelope directly from the registrar folded the matching form around the envelope fastened it with two paperclips, placed it in a prepaid overnight envelope, wrote the registrar's address in the return address section of the express envelope, and placed it in the mail without any problem from AADSAS. Though, I did call to make sure that it was alright that the registrar placed the matching form on the outside of the sealed envelope, which they said was fine.

can you electronically sign the form? I want to be able to submit it online instead of printing it and signing it and mailing it. I dont' have a scanner so can't i just type my name in for my signature and attach it to the form on my registrars website so it gets to the AADSAS faster?
