Hey guys,

I've used the search function and was unable to find the answer to my question, so I apologize if this has been addressed before but, I'm a first time applicant and I have a few questions concerning ECs.

In terms of putting hospital volunteering, research, dental shadowing, and pre-health club duties will I need to provide some sort of documentation supporting the fact? I already have prepared documents concerning the volunteering, but I just wanted to be proactive about the latter three.

You are able to, however, give a brief summary about each volunteering, research, or shadowing opportunity you've done.

No, there's no verification done on anything you submit. The only school I can think of that even tried to verify anything was UCLA on their secondary, who will ask for phone numbers to contact.
