I dont even know if that is how to spell it exactly.
I have applied to my state school which does not use aadsas to apply, so i dont know how to use aadsas exactly. I have heard it is a long annoying process and I have also heard you must pay like~200$ to just register on aadsas not counting app. fees. If anyone who is applying on aadsas currently would be so kind to direct me in the right direction on where to go and how exactly to do this, It would be greatly appreciated!

only when you submit the application, I think...follow the directions & you will find out

You pay once you have submitted your application. So you can fill out everything and if you decide not to submit it, you don't have to...no financial penalty.
