The GPA is counted two ways: where A+ is a 4.3, and then when its 4.0 and is designated as w/o. (It might be the other way around). But obviously schools will get your GPAs with both conversions since otherwise it would be unfair to people whose colleges don't have A+.

Wait a second -- so if my school does NOT use the "+/-" system, and I have a 4.0 in a class, my AADSAS GPA will actually be reflected to show that grade as a 4.3 (instead of just a 4.0)?

No, it means that if you have an A+ in a course but your university rounds that down to a 4.0 then AADSAS counts it as a 4.3. All your normal As will still just be 4.0s.

Yeah, I can understand how not being able to get an A+ at your university can make this slightly unfair 🙁, sorry to those who are effected.
