Hello everyone!
I have not yet started taking my pre-requisites for medical school. so I took the AAMC 3 verbal section CBT.
I took this exam 3 weeks ago and recieved an 8. When i took it initially i did not review it or look at any answers. I took it strictly under test like conditions.
I took it today and i scored a 10.
I took both under strictly timed conditions: 60 minutes/ 40 questions
The fascinating thing that i noticed was when i initially took it i had finished early, but today i spent more time digesting and comprehending the overall thrust of the author/passage. I was rushing and i barely finished but i feel as though taking longer on the reading helped me strategically. I didn't rush through the passage but instead took my time until i new what the author was conveying.
1st: 24/40 : 8
2nd: 32/40: 10
My question is do you think the score is inflated? Do you think it is a valid score?
Bear in mind that i took the test but i didnt review or see any answers from my initial practice. and it has been weeks since i have taken it!!!
