Is it me or do that rationales for incorrect answers suck with AAMC? It leaves a lot to be desired in comparison to UWorld rationales.

IMO it makes reviewing on AAMC more difficult.
 
The explanations are best described as "Answer B is incorrect because C is correct."

Make sure you pay close attention to the wording/structure of the questions and the answers. That's where the magic happens.
 
That's also how I felt. Some of the explanations give just enough to tell what you did wrong, but you need to dig deeper yourself to solidify the concepts you got wrong. I found supplementing their explanations with Kaplan review book pretty helpful and thorough, if that's what you're looking for.
 
I felt the same way. Any answer that had that type of rationale I would take to Reddit and they provided decent explanations.
