How long should the description of each experience be? A couple of sentences? Long paragraph?

LaserJet, check out the huge Work/Activities thread. It has all of this info in it.
It seems that either way works fine, although some prefer it to be concise for stuff that is obvious (i.e. shadowing) but with some additional information for stuff that may not be common sense.
