I’ve been reading and some people have said to have only 8-10 experiences on the application. I currently have around 22 experiences (shadowing, research, volunteer etc.), all of which have been at least 20 hours and meaningful. Is this going to look bad to adcoms?

I have about 22 experiences. I have 3-4 in each of the sections. I don't think that it is a huge deal because I think most schools are going to look at your list of 6 highlighted ones more than anything else. I would include anything that you think makes your application better.

I believe AADSAS limits you. Also, don't just put everything you did for 20 hours. Think about what themes your activities have, and include the more interesting ones, ones that portray you the way you want to be portrayed. Avoid too many repeats.
