For those of you who don't know ABEM's website is not compatible with Safari which is the default web browser for Mac/iPhone/iPad, etc. Apparently ABEM assumes that only a few random weirdos are using non-Windows based systems out there and certainly only a negligible number of said weirdos are EPs.
So every year when we do our mandatory LLSA and now when we jump through all the other odd, self loathing hoops they light up for us we all dutifully try to remember where we put Firefox to deal with ABEM.org.
It's been this way for years. I just can't understand why they don't fix this problem as Apple's market share has done nothing but rise. No customer driven website would EVER operate like this. Only a site with a captive audience could even consider it. So while they can force us to keep dealing with their oddball incompatibility issues they are broadcasting loud and clear that diplomat service is a low priority.
