Personally, I think this is a waste of time. They'll do what they want, how they want to with the appearance of transparency (to use today's buzzword). Backroom deals and sleight of hand policies by those sitting in an ivory tower - fairing no better than our current political system.
I will say that I have no love for the training environment and the institutionalization that it causes. I believe that there will always be more pressure on the new residents to demonstrate "competence" while not holding the programs too terribly accountable for the process - particularly if the training site is malignant. Publicly it will be said the site will go on review process which takes place over the better part of a few decades before anything happens more than a sternly worded letter demonstrating the proverbial slap on the wrist.
However, if anyone wishes to give the board their 2 cents, I encourage you to let your voice be heard!
