About APPI hours minimums

Does anyone if the APPI threshold numbers are include hours only up to November 1st, or do they also include estimated post november hours?

Nov 1st. This is clearly marked on the online APPI application. There is a box where you can explain in narrative form your anticipated practicum experiences, post nov 1st.
