about application and DAT!! help!!

Hi.
Is it okay if my name in school is different from my Social security name and my bank account name (bank account name will be needed when taking DAT) ?

Let's say my name under social security number is Michael Edwards. That's also my bank account name (Which i will need when taking DAT).

But the name i used for school is Michael Jason Edwards.

Would that make any trouble when sending out application???

My real name is Michael Edwards,.. but I just added Jason as my middle name..

Please help.

hmmm, i don't see it being a problem because you still have the same first and last name. if you're really worried about it, you can go to your school's registrar's office (or wherever they do these things) and change your middle name to match all your other documents.
