So I just called Case Western right now after hearing from you guys that they are missing the DAT scores. Case was my third choice because of its location, so I called them as soon as I read that they might be missing my DAT scores. I called them and someone answered with very tired voice and told me that I am missing a letter of recommendation as well as my DAT scores. After looking through my file, they told me they just missed some of the stuff. I don't get how anybody can be that sloppy when making such important decisions. I know that they get a lot of applicants and that they have all the power in the world but least they can do is check at least one more time. I just wonder school with such sloppy admissions office will be any good anyways, not that I will get an interview or anything. Anyways there goes my chance at one school..👎

They were very professional with me when I called. Whether or not they got your letters and DAT scores is not a result of their organization, rather, the mistakes of AADSAS and the ADA (or, heaven forbid, your own mistake). Only on rare occasion does your application arrive at the school and then suddenly turn up with a missing letter. You are right when you say they receive thousands of applications, and so it should be no surprise that they don't want to spend time chasing down incomplete applications. They figure that if you want it badly enough, you will contact them. If not, then why should they care?
