I tranferred to U.S. from Korea.
I heard that I need to have my international transcript evaluated when I submit my application to AADSAS.
Is that mandatory? AADSAS said it is suggested.
Is anyone who did this or know about this out there, please let me know.

Yep. I did. I called all the schools I was interested in and asked which of the evaluation service company they preferred and did exactly that. I used wes.org.
