In "Topics in healthcare," there is a discussion about a last-minute Bush rule about a Washington Post article: "Rule Shields Health Workers Who Withhold Care Based on Beliefs"

The discussion now is centering on (in addition to physicians refusing to perform or refer for abortions). pharmacists refusing to dispense OC, morning-after pills, ADHD meds, anti-depressants etc.

Does anybody here have and educated comment to educate us with?
