Hello,
The school I am applying starts to offer applicants the 'early interview' for those who submit all the required files earlier.
My friend suggested that earlier is the better so I should apply as soon as possible. But I'm concerned about less time to prepare for the early interview.
Do you guys think it is better to apply as fast as I can if the school is on a rolling admission?

That's the case with most schools. Yes. As soon as you're ready get the ball rolling.
