The ERAS website states under Photograph Specifications that, "Residency programs cannot view your photograph during the initial evaluation of your application: the photograph is not visible until you have been selected for interview." I, to date, have not received any interviews and was wondering why on the ADTS website some programs have downloaded my picture but I have not received an interview invitation? Am I safe in assuming that if a program has downloaded my picture I will be hearing from them soon? Or is my speculation wrong?😕
