Hey guys, I have a question regarding the "current form of identification" ?
I know that they have to be one primary that is government issued like the driver license, and one secondary that is my credit card with my name and signature.
the question, is that does my "home address" on my driver license match the one on the application form? I have changed the address years ago by submitting the "Address Change form" to the DMV office without bothering to get a new card, 'cuz you know, I opted to write the "current address" at the back of my driver license where there is a box called " ENTER ADDRESS CHANGE".
thanks in advance
