? about UNC

Does/Has anyone here go to or been accepted to Chapel Hill out of state? I have already applied and interviewed, just was wondering how my application would stack up, as I know out of state acceptance might be a totally different than the avg. statistics they give you. Just some quick info, I have a 23AA/22TS/18PA, 3.87GPA(3.91sci), with a good bit of shadowing, 1 yr, research, volunter expeirence. Thanks......

I want to know why UNC is the only school that has an Accreditation approval with reporting requirements

I was accepted at UNC last December, but decided to defer my admission due to pregnancy so I will start next August. I think your stats are wonderful, and believe you should have no trouble being accepted if you did well on your 3 interviews.

I'd say you were pretty competitive at UNC. I was accepted out of state for C/O 2008 with a lower GPA and a little higher DAT.

You might get waitlisted, but it should play out. From what i've seen the averages the school gives out isn't representative of the incoming out of state students.
