Are long scientific names, such as the Adrenocorticotropic Hormone (ACTH), abreviated on the DAT? Or are they presented in their full name?
 
It is more common for hormones to use their abbriviations except some of them like epinephrine or norepinephrine. Otherwise you generally see ACTH for adrenocoticotropic hormone. I don't rememebr there was any question directing the names of the hormones specifically
