Absolute Highest Yield First Aid

I know that everything in First Aid is high yield. But clearly, some pages are higher yield than others. what are the MUST KNOW pages/sections to be sure to know cold before the exam for those of us who are memory challenged and can't simply know everything? Great if anyone who has taken STEP1 can throw their two cents in. thanks but no thanks to anyone who posts everything/the whole book/ etc.
