As probably a marginal candidate(3.3 cGPA, 80-90th percentile May MCAT) the idea has always been to submit the day AMCAS opens. I had everything ready to do so but due to transcript issues I had to wait. Here I am 3 weeks later still waiting for my transcripts to be processed so I can be ready for review.

What date is the absolute latest date to submit the primary where the chances are still good for that applicant type?
Or does that just depend on the way that timing of verification is going?

There is no hard cut-off date. First of all, nobody could tell you exactly what date you'd be verified if you were ready for review on some certain date. It varies from year to year, so there's no way to predict exactly when you'll be verified. Second, no matter what type of applicant you are, there is no way any of us can say that your chances are decent if you're verified on some specific day, but your chances are not good if you're verified the next day. Getting verified one day later is never going to be that big of a change. We can only talk in bigger time differences, like the difference one month makes.

Thanks for that. I guess SDN just gets to people sometimes when there really can't be any way to say. I guess it also depends on the applicant's schools they are applying to.
