One of my secondaries have this question: Were there any circumstances which you feel might have adversely affected your academic performance during college?

While I was able to maintain a gpa > 3.8, I had to take my MCAT 3 times with 2 bad scores while in undergrad. I am unsure if I should write why that happened in this section. I would write that I worked 25-35 hours a week while being a full time students and while devoting enough time for both my job and academics, I wasn't able to devote myself to the MCAT like I could have.

I am concerned that it will raise more questions than it would answer though...

thoughts?

Right. I am just concerned it will raise questions like "why did you take it if you weren't ready" or "It was stupid to assume you will have time" etc...

Bump.

What about stuff like switching majors thrice, getting dumped, or hating orgo?

I mean, I worked ~20 hours a week too, but I'm worried about trying to talk about these more *emo*tional problems.
