Academic change request and schools

They'll make sure the correction gets noticed - it sounds like a pretty big error. Annoying? Absolutely. But it's their job to fix it, and they probably won't make a gigantic mistake twice.

In any case, it looks odd enough that it would raise some eyebrows if adcoms were looking at the old, incorrect version. Why would all the classes be listed if they were all 0 hours? I think they'll be obligated to look for the right answer. I doubt you'll be screwed anywhere.

There was a huge error in my verified AMCAS (they assigned me 0 semester hours for some courses, so those didn't get factored into my GPA and I look like I didn't take my pre-reqs). I submitted an academic change request immediately, but I'm worried about how this will affect my application. How will I know whether schools got my updated AMCAS? (should I call them all up and tell them after my change request is approved?) And am I screwed for schools that screen based on my AMCAS?

I'm really annoyed that I waited so long to get verified and then they PUT IN an error when they did the semester hours conversion.

ACR usually takes 5 business days AT MOST. I submitted 3 of them before getting the last one accepted, mostly because my transcript had not arrived. However, they are VERY fast with this usually.

Don't worry. They'll fix it soon. It's pretty obvious that it's an error
